Investors in People
Investors in People (IiP) is a framework that measures how well an organisation develops and implements strategies to improve its performance. It helps organisations transform their business performance, encourages continuous development and helps meet strategic objectives.
Following an in-depth review of our business, Reading University Students’ Union is delighted to be awarded with Investors in People status.
The independent assessor interviewed staff from across the Union and was in no doubt that RUSU is a very dynamic organisation with a highly motivated staff team guided by inspirational leaders.
