RUSU Student Advice Service Complaints Form

RUSU Student Advice Service aims to provide a quality service that is acceptable to all our users. If we fail to do this, we want to know about it. This will enable us to deal with your specific complaint and prevent similar problems occurring and also to identify problems areas of service delivery and help us to improve our practices.

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the RUSU Student Advice Service or have any suggestions for improvement, please talk to a member of the advice team or complete this form, providing as much detail about your complaint as possible. Please hand in this form to RUSU Reception or post it to us.

Your complaint will be dealt with using our Complaints Procedure. If you would like to talk to someone about our Complaints Procedure, please ask to speak to a member of the advice team.

What happens next?

Your complaint will be passed to a member of staff who will be responsible for handling your complaint. You will be invited to discuss your complaint with this staff member. This can be done over the telephone or in person, whichever is appropriate. 

We will endeavour to resolve the matter and respond to your complaint within 5 working days of receipt.
