RUSU is centrally located on the Whiteknights Campus at the University of Reading and not far from Reading Town Centre, RUSU is easily accessible via a variety of means. These are detailed below for your convenience.
Train
The nearest train station is Reading, which is a 35 minute walk from the Whiteknights campus. The National Rail website has detailed information about train timetables, tickets as well as a useful journey planner.

Bus
There are many frequent bus services running to and from the University of Reading. The number 9, 19, 20 and 21 buses all stop outside the main University entrance on Shinfield Road opposite the SportsPark. The 19, 20 and 21 buses then continue on to campus and stopping again opposite Whiteknights House.
Single bus fares cost £1.70, at time of publication. Please note that buses accept exact fare only and do not give change. Reading Buses are simple to recognise with their unique colour coded routes and timetables.

Car
Please refer to the University's directions to reach Whiteknights Campus by car. From there proceed up Queens Drive, take the next left and then left again at the mini-roundabout, drive to the end of that road as it bears right and you'll find yourself at Carpark 4 which is adjacent to the Students' Union Building.

Bicycle
Please refer to the University's directions when travelling by bicycle or on foot to the Whiteknights Campus. From the Shinfield Road cycle up Queens Drive, take the next left and then left again at the mini-roundabout, drive to the end of that road as it bears right and you'll find yourself at Carpark 4 which is adjacent to the Students' Union Building.

On Foot
Please refer to the University's directions when travelling by bicycle or on foot to the Whiteknights Campus. From the Shinfield Road walk up Queen's Drive. Turn right at the mini-roundabout by crossing over at the zebra crossing. This path will lead you out to the central square of campus between the Humanities & Social Sciences (HumSS) and Palmer Buildings. Continue straight to reach Students' Union Building.
