Here to help you find your feet

Need An Angel?

During Freshers’ Week, the Angels can be found at the Freshers' Fayre, at Union events in the evening, and around University campus. They should be easy to spot in their red “Freshers’ Angels”  t-shirts.

Freshers’ Angels are enthusiastic and friendly student volunteers working to help new students to settle in, have fun, stay safe and enjoy all the opportunities of life at university.

Acting as an information signpost and support network for new students, Angels are give directions, answer questions and point students who need help to the appropriate services. Freshers' Angels help students to settle in by providing encouragement and reassurance by sharing their university experiences.

If you have any questions as a Fresher about the Freshers’ Angels or if you would like to become one yourself then email the Vice-President Welfare and Representation, Steph Johnson.
