A Fresher's Angel is someone who acts as a visual signpost and helper during Freshers' Fortnight. One of this year's Freshers' Angels said "it was a great experience with great friends and just generally a lot of fun"
You will:
- Help new students make friends when they first arrive
- Be a point of direction for bemused new students!
- Volunteer around 18 hours over the first two weeks of the Autumn Term (Freshers Week and Week 1)
We will give you:
- Training and support
- Advice and materials to help you
- Certification for your volunteering experience

- Meet new people
- Improve your communication and organisation skills
