Reading has over 80 different societies, some are academic and course related, others unite international students or religions. There are community action societies such as St John Ambulance plus other cultural societies, which cover interests including arts, music or drama. There are even societies catering for more unusual interests like circus skills, and even lock picking!
Different societies meet at different times and in different places and more information can be obtained from individual societies. On this page you will find a list of all the societies at RUSU, and links to more information. If you can not find the information you are looking for then please contact reception in the Hub for more details. If you are interested in setting up a society please see the Student Activities Administrator in the Students' Union Hub.
