In accordance with the wishes of the Trustee Board and in the spirit of democratic accountability, below are minutes of Trustee Board meetings.
The Trustees have agreed that minutes shall be publicly available though some editing may have taken place to prevent commercially or legally sensitive material being in the public domain. In each case of editing, a note has been made to indicate material has been omitted.
The Trustees maintain a Conflict of Interest register of their own external interests. The purpose of the register is for Trustees to be aware of the external interests of each other, to enable an open discussion of issues, and ensure fairness. Conflicts of Interest are natural and not a negative concept; Trustees deal with conflicts and potential conflicts with sensitivity and care whilst always considering RUSU's interest as paramount. Trustees are required to submit a Conflict of Interest form, which is added to the register which can be inspected upon request from the RUSU building.
