What we do...
White Water – Practice on the man-made Nene before trying the real thing in Wales and Scotland.

Playboating – Develop skills to perform techniques like cartwheels (for more detailed description see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Playboating )

Kayak Surfing – Like normal surfing but in kayaks – trips to Cornwall organised in Summer Term.

Canoe Polo – Learn the game and play against other universities

Touring in Canadian boats – Trips to nearby Sonning and Caversham with plans to extend this to weekend trips.

1*-3* British Canoe Union Star Awards

CST and White Water Training

Equipment provided (boats, paddles, kags, spraydecks, lifejackets) by the club
All you need to bring is old clothes, shoes, swimming wear, towel, change of clothes or wet/dry/semi dry suits.

Meet
Wednesday 2pm – Wokingham Waterside Centre
Thursday 7.30pm – Pool Session at Leighton Park School
Saturday 2pm – Wokingham Waterside Centre

Committee will take new members from campus to both these places during the first weeks of term.

Socials
Loads of socials organised by our social secretaries during the term.

Last year's socials included umpa lumpas, dressing up as 'what you wanted to be when you grew up', union nights and Sports Fed Ball.
