Anti-Bullying Campaign

Dates: 3^rd - 7^th March 2008

We are running an anti-bullying campaign during week 9 of term this year. During this campaign we will:

• Make students more aware that bullying exists at University.
• Make students aware of the procedures which are in place both in the University and the Union to protect them.
• To make the documents and procedures clearer and are more student focused.
• To explicitly include terms of bullying and harassment currently not in the policy, these are gender identity (i.e. transphobic bullying and harassment) and against discrimination.
• Launch RUSU as a hate crime reporting centre both through the student advice team and the website.
