Drop-in Sessions
We run drop-in sessions from 10am until 1pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and from 2pm until 5pm on Wednesdays.
During drop-in sessions, you are able to see an advisor without a prior appointment and you will be seen on a first come, first served basis.
Drop-in sessions may be restricted to 15 minutes. If you require additional time, a further appointment can be made at the end of the drop-in session.

AT BUSY TIMES WE MAY BE UNABLE TO SEE ANYONE WHO ARRIVES 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE END OF THE DROP IN SESSION

To make an appointment, telephone 0118 378 4100 or visit The Hub Reception. A member of our Reception staff will be able to make an appointment for you.
However, please note that if you require immigration advice, you will be asked to attend during a drop-in session in the first instance. The Duty Advisor will assess your case during the drop-in session, and either provide immigration advice during drop-in or make you a further appointment with an advisor. This change in policy was introduced in January 2008 in order to manage our service more effectively.
Appointment sessions are restricted to 45 minutes. If a further appointment is required, your Student Advisor will discuss this with you during your appointment.
