Consumer Rights

 

Are you unhappy with the service you have recieved from a shop / company / website?

Have you been sold faulty goods?

Step 1

Visit Consumer Direct website for a details on your rights and options.  Consumer Direct is a UK government website, which has a very comprehensive guide on a wide variety of issues including:

  • mobile phones
  • Cars
  • holidays
  • guarantees
  • shopping on-line
  • scams
  • making a complaint

Alternatively look at the Citizens Advice Guide which has advice on consumer rights and Gas / Electricity issues.  For those who have English as a 2nd language  a translation service is available.
