*Occasional care is childcare provided for children who are not registered with the nursery on a permanent basis; this could be emergency childcare where a regular carer is unavailable, conference care and one off sessions. A minimum booking of 5 hours is required as detailed in the above am and pm break down. Fees are inclusive of administration cost involved for occasional care.
If attendance is less than full time, additional sessions are payable at the session rate.
The funded period covers 36 weeks of our operating calendar, outside these times the non funded preschool rate applies. The 36 weeks are set at the start of each academic year.
Funded days missed due to public holidays are carried over at the end of the summer term as in 2011 these days are the 11-13th of July.
