Waiting List Application
To apply for a place on the Little Learners Waiting List please fill in the Waiting List Form (PDF, 111kb). Please note that filling in this form does not guarantee a place at Little Learners as places are allocated according to availability.
Medical Consent Form
Please complete the Medical Consent Form (PDF, 176KB) if your child needs to take any prescribed medication while at nursery. Please also refer to the Exclusions and administering medications policy and procedure.
