Campaigns Co-ordinator
£17,727 to £19,800
We are looking for someone to bring campaigning and research experience to support our Student Officers in the delivery of effective campaigns. Working with key staff, the post holder will support and promote key democratic committees within RUSU, undertake research projects and directly support campaigning activities. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an independent approach and the ability to work to tight deadlines.

Working at Little Learners Nursery
RUSU provides up to 106 places in our purpose built Little Learners Day Nursery on the Whiteknights Campus. We are looking for the following highly motivated and energetic staff to work flexibly as part of a friendly team that prides itself on providing exceptional standards of childcare. The ideal candidates will have a good understanding of how children learn through play and will have planned for children’s learning using the Early Years Foundation Stage in partnership with the children’s parents. A sound knowledge of safeguarding and health and safety is also essential.
Nursery requirements
It is an offence under Section 76 of the Childcare Act 2006 for RUSU to employ a member of staff in connection with early years provision who is disqualified from registration. Details of what disqualifies people from registration are set out in the regulations made under section 75 of the Childcare Act 2006.
Qualified Nursery Nurse - Full Time / Qualified Nursery Nurse - Fixed Term Maternity Cover (Part Time)
(£14206-£14899 per annum)
We have two roles available in the nursery.
You should possess an appropriate level 3 childcare qualification and have practical experience of having worked with children. Closing date for applications 27th January 2012.

Student Staff Applications 2010/11
RUSU employs Reading University students to work in our bars, shops, reception and marketing areas.
We will be mainly looking for venue and Summer Ball 2012 staff this term.
