Spark is the University's fortnightly student newspaper, produced entirely by student volunteers.

Spark* is the student newspaper here at Reading University. The paper is independent and is written by the students, for the students. Spark* prides itself on publishing the views and opinions of all students from all backgrounds.

The paper is published fortnightly from the media centre in the HUB, and includes music and film reviews, reports on student sport and news relating to students and the University. The range of sections in the newspaper caters for a diverse readership and provides all students with the opportunity to write about their passions.

Spark* offers students a great opportunity to express themselves, learn new skills and gain valuable work experience for the future. Many of Spark's writers and editors have gone on to be very successful in the world of journalism!

Come to the HUB and find out more about how you can get involved in Spark* and how you can make a difference in your own and others university experiences!
