Set Up A New Group
Haven't found a club of society that wish to join this year?
Why not set up your own!
You will need to collect 50 names and student numbers of students who support the proposal of the new club, and you will need a president, treasurer, secretary, and one other committee member of your choice. Once you have submitted your application form, it will be circulated between the relevant staff within the student activities team, for approval.
If succesful you and your committee will be invited to attend a committee training session along with other new groups duting the term.
Applications received before the 15th April 2019 will be reviewed and successful groups will have to attend a Committee Training session during Term 3 with their associated Coordinator.
Applications received on or after the 15th April 2019 will not be reviewed until after the Welcome Week period for the academic year 2019/20.
