I think more should be said about this service in fresher’s week (during introductory talks). It really helped me to feel in control of student finance issues at a time when I was ready to give up!!

Very understanding advisor knew exactly what I should do and where to go to do them and find further information.

I felt like all the advice was really honest and the staff was very friendly and I could always find times to come and discuss my issues with them.

She was professional, had knowledge of the questions and case and very helpful.

Made me feel more confident to face the issues I've been struggling with and help to find housing for next year.

I have been advised where to seek further help and my attempt there was successful. I have been awarded money that I was entitled to but didn't know they exist. I am grateful. Thank you.
