RUSU Says Relax

RUSU Says Relax is an annual campaign run by the Students’ Union. The aim of the campaign is to encourage students to take a break away from revision during the examination period and to learn how to relax effectively so that they feel refreshed. Inevitably, the stress levels of students rise alongside academic pressure and this is an important term for all students at Reading, so we will be putting on some events to allow you to tune into your inner well-being!
