Let’s talk about the elephant in the room.

Did you know that 1 in 4 of us will experience mental illness at some point in our lives? That means that even if you’ve never experienced mental illness, you know someone who has.

We want students to open up about their mental health and stamp out the stigma that surrounds it. That’s why we’re bringing you a series of events designed to get you thinking about mental health differently, give you access to support if you’re tough time, and allow all students to speak openly about mental health.

Check out the schedule below and come along to one of free, interactive events.

You can also get involved in the campaign by keeping an eye out for the elephant around campus and tweet us with #ElephantInTheRoom.
