Hello again, national lockdown.

As we enter lockdown 2.0, it's important to remember that we've been through one once before and as a nation we can do it again. Taking care of our mental health and keeping busy is absolutely paramount during this time, so RUSU has put together a calendar of revitalising ideas to help keep you occupied and take your mind off things.

  • Meal inspo Monday Recipe Suggestion This weeks recipe suggestion is to pimp up your week night staple cheese and tomato pasta to a Chorizo and Mozzarella Gnocchi Bake. It's easy to make a veggie version of this by subbing out the chorizo for spinach or red pepper.
