Undergraduate Course Reps represent undergraduate students' views on academic issues on every course. Undergraduate Course Reps act as the link between students and the academic staff; ensuring the student voice is being heard and positive changes are being made throughout every school.
Becoming an Undergraduate Course Rep is a great way to meet people, develop new skills and to make a real difference during your time here at Reading!

Elections for the role of Undergraduate Course Reps open on Saturday, 22nd September 2018 at 10am!
Nominations close on Tuesday, 16th October 2018 at 3pm.
To nominate yourself as a candidate in these elections, click on Stand in Election (above) and follow the instructions.

Even if you decide not to stand in this election - make sure your voice is heard and have your say in the Undergraduate Course Rep Elections.
Voting opens 10am, Wednesday, 17th October 2018 and ends 3pm on Tuesday, 23rd October 2018.
Results will be posted online on Thursday, 25th October 2018.
Save the date – Winners Party evening begins at 17:30-19:00 in Monterey Lounge on Thursday 25th October.
All elected Course Reps are invited to this year’s Annual Course Rep Conference taking place on two dates this year:
- Saturday 27th October 10-3pm (Registration in Monterey Lounge)
- Saturday 3rd November 10-3pm (Registration in Monterey Lounge)
This Essential Training day is designed for Course Reps to gain all the knowledge and information they need to know to carry out their representative roles over the year and to network with fellow representatives on courses across the whole University. Run by RUSU in partnership with University of Reading staff, there are a choice of workshops on offer for Reps to attend including; Policy 101; Communications & Impact; Campaigns and Community; Essential UG/PG training. This year we have two keynote speakers TBC and a buffet lunch for all including Academic Rep goodie bags which you won’t want to miss out on.
