RUSU Says Relax is our annual campaign with the aim of encouraging students to take a break from revision during the busy exams period and focus on their mental wellbeing.
A range of events will be taking place during the Summer Term, including art therapy sessions, an animal petting zoo and cocktail making classes - there’s something for everyone! You can download the monthly calendars here or browse all events below.

Remember our relaxation room in 3sixty! You can book the relaxation room at RUSU Reception for your slot. It’s a great place to go for some time out or to use one of our relaxation chairs. Either come on your own or with a couple of friends.
The programme put on throughout the summer term can really help you get things under control. There are sessions on stress reduction, getting a good night’s sleep and techniques to increase memory.
