Desi (Indian) Society delivers a platform, for everyone that is related to India and nearby countries where members can expand their South Asian network. Members that have come to the UK for the first time will be able to receive help from to other members to settle in better and faster. During the academic year, there will be socials held throughout the year and there will be one special BOLLYWOOD night. This society will make attempts to hold religious events with the existing religious societies in University of Reading.
