RUSU room bookings
All affiliated student groups can book venues in the Students’ Union for meetings and events.
To book a room, complete a booking form which is available from the RUSU Reception. As much information as possible should be added to this form (What the event is / name of the event / how many attending / times / extras etc.).
Mondial
This area can be booked from 7pm during the week and on some Saturday daytimes.
*Bar staff and *tech crew can be booked and *security may be needed at certain events.
Monterey Lounge
This area can be booked from 6pm, sometimes earlier depending on the event and some Saturday daytimes. A ‘bottle bar’ is available in this area.

3sixty
This area can be booked for large events with or without *bar staff and *tech crew. Depending on the size and nature of the event, you may also need *security.
If food is required then this must be provided by RUSU and requested on the booking form. All tech requirements must be submitted at least 7 days in advance and preferably on the booking form.
Please note that if you have a regular training session booking in Mondial or 3sixty, this space may be required for events on some occasions and you will lose your booking. Where possible the Events Manager and Student Activities Team will seek to make alternative arrangements.
*Bar staff, tech crew, extra tech and security provision will incur charges but a quote for these will be supplied when booking is made.
