Open Mind Book Club

|
Wednesday 29th January 2020
2-3pm
Location: Relaxation Room, Upper RUSU
|
When Michelle Thomas suffered her first major depressive episode six years ago, she read and watched and listened to everything about mental health she could get her hands on in an effort to fix herself. God, it was tedious, boring and, quite frankly, depressing.
Please come along and bring a copy of My Sh*t Therapist by Michelle Thomas. This is an honest, hilarious and heart rending account of living with mental illness.
If you do not get a chance to read the book you are still free to attend and discuss the recurring themes.
