You name it, we probably do it. Our Reading Knights brand covers all our 51 sports teams at the University of Reading. All sports clubs are student-led and each club has an elected committee of students to look after the day to day running of the club. All abilities are welcome – we offer clubs that are purely recreational or that compete at local, regional or national level.

New for 2019/20, the Sporting Excellence Scholarship (SES) provides funding to support University of Reading students who compete in sport at national level, or who are on the national pathway.
We’re home of the Reading Knights! From traditional sports such as rugby union, football and netball to aikido, lacrosse and softball, Reading Knights represents a vast range of sports clubs.
We host a number of different dance clubs and groups. From ballet and modern to bellydance and swing, there's something here for all styles and skill levels.

Sports Federation Insurance is a mandatory personal injury insurance that must be purchased when joining one of RUSU’s sports clubs.
