Reading Knights

RUSU, home of the Reading Knights. The Reading Knights brand encompasses the 50+ sports clubs that are on offer here at Reading University Students' Union. Each club is student run and led, comprising of an elected committee of students which are tasked with the day to day running of the club.

From traditional sports such as rugby union, football and netball to aikido, lacrosse and softball, Reading Knights represents a vast range of sports clubs.

Many of the sports clubs’ enter teams into the leagues and competitions run by the British Universities and College Sport (BUCS), with several of our teams competing at a national level! With the opportunity to compete at a variety of levels or to get involved at a recreational level, Reading Knights really does offer something for everyone.

Last year RUSU started an on-campus netball league, where students of any ability can play each other in a friendly environment. This league will run again in 2019/20! It will now be run by SportsPark- you can find information about this on the SportsPark website.
