Yogalates is an exciting new way to get fit; with a combination of yoga and pilates, the classes are able to be exciting and keep you wanting to come back for more! We welcome new members of all abilities and hope that even beginners will become enthused with the practice of yogalates.
We also now offer a new Yoga class that focuses on increasing strength and flexibility in a more calming session.
The classes will be engaging and are run by volunteering students, so this means that if you have anything new you want to try and bring to the class it will always be welcome!
We also have plenty of drinking and non-drinking socials throughout the year.
We were awarded Most Improved Sports Club at the RUSU Sports Awards 2016, and hope to keep building on this success!
