Yogalates is an exciting new way to get fit; with a combination of yoga and pilates, the classes are able to be exciting and keep you wanting to come back for more! We welcome new members of all abilities and hope that even beginners will become enthused with the practice of yogalates.
We hope to run classes at least once a week, although this can be altered depending on turnout. The classes will be engaging and are run by students, so this means that if you have anything new you want to try and bring to the class it will always be welcome!
We were awarded Most Improved sports club at the RUSU sports awards 2016, and hope to keep building on this success!
Regular sessions are on Tuesdays in Wessex Hall
Two sessions take place on tuesdays. The first is at 6pm-7pm and the second is at 7pm-8pm.
Please bring a yoga mat/towel, water and wear comfy clothing.
