  • 35 days holiday per year (including 8 Bank Holidays and 6 compulsory days during University closure periods). These increase by 1-day per year after 3-years of service up to a maximum of 40-days.

We have a structured approach to pay and reward within the Students’ Union. We apply a grading system that includes 7 grades (A-G) each with 5 increments. We apply this framework consistently to ensure our pay is fair and transparent. Take a look at our pay and reward policy and structure.
