Our Sports and Dance Awards celebrate the achievements, performances and commitment of our 60+ sports and dance clubs. It means a lot to people for their work to be recognised, so log in and nominate now!

Although the awards balls will not be taking place in person, we will still be recognising and celebrating the winners! The format of the event will be announced here in due course.

Sports and Dance Award Categories

This award is to recognise a sports club that has shown excellence in every aspect throughout the year. You may nominate your own club.

This award is to recognise a team who have excelled in their performance throughout the year. You may nominate your own team.

This award is for the club that has improved the most, in aspects such as participation, engagement, matches won etc. You may nominate your own club.

This award is to recognise a team that has shown great efforts in improvement throughout the year whether that be matches, participation, team spirit. You may nominate your own team.

To be awarded to any president who has shown exemplary commitment to their sports club over the past year. This award cannot be self-nominated.

To be awarded to any individual committee member who has shown exemplary commitment to their sports club over the past year. This award cannot be self-nominated.

This captain needs to have shown dedication to their team, supporting teammates and showing great leadership skills. This award cannot be self-nominated.

To be awarded to an individual who is essential to the sport, someone a team would struggle without. This award cannot be self-nominated.

This award is to the sports club that has demonstrated outstanding efforts to volunteer for charity, fundraising or work within the local community. You may nominate your own club.

A member of the sports club that is a positive role model, they inspire those within their clubs and continue to make an impact in their sport. This award cannot be self-nominated.

To be awarded to a coach that has been intrinsic in the development of the sports club, to appreciate a coach that has shown great support and fundamentally improved both players and teams. You may nominate your own coach.

An award aimed at celebrating or commemorating a society members’ most embarrassing moment. This could be the one member with a string of offences throughout the year or simply one big clanger. You may nominate yourself.

This award is to recognise a dance club that has shown excellence in every aspect throughout the year. You may nominate your own club.

This award is to recognise a stand-out dance performance that represents the hard work and dedication of the dancers. You may nominate your own performance.

The Inclusion & Diversity Award is to celebrate a sports or dance club's outstanding commitment to ensuring inclusion and diversity within their activities and events. You may nominate your own club.
